Solemnity Of The Most Holy Trinity – Year B

First Holy Communion Masses Next Saturday 11:00am and 12:00pm

Please remember in your prayers the children from the Cathedral parish who will receive their First Holy Communion at Masses next Sunday at 11:00am and 12:00pm. As they receive Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament for the first time, may they come to love Him and grow in their relationship with Our Lord, who is truly present, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Most Holy Eucharist.

No Confessions Next Saturday Morning

Please note that because of the First Communion Masses (see above) there will be no 10am Mass, no Eucharistic adoration and no Confessions next Saturday. Normal service will resume the following weekend – thank you for your understanding!

Are you interested in becoming Catholic? Or do you know someone who is?

If you or someone you know are interested in becoming Catholic, or if you know anyone who might be interested in the Church, why not sign up for the Cathedral’s RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)? This group – which meets between September and April each year – is for non-Catholic adults who are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith. No commitment is made until fairly late in the annual process – so all non-Catholics who just want to know more about the Church are welcome. For more information, call parish office at 0131 556 1798 or cathedralhouse@stmaryscathedral.co.uk
